Logistics Operations Supervisor (BPO)

Required Qualifications

- Industry Experience (Mandatory):

• Must have experience in the BPO industry, handling a Logistics, Freight Forwarding, or Supply Chain account (LOB).
• At least 1–3 years of supervisory experience, overseeing logistics-related operations.
• Hands-on knowledge of Air or Ocean freight operations, including import and export workflows, is highly preferred.

- Leadership and Performance Management:

• Proven experience in team leadership, performance monitoring, coaching, and employee development.
• Ability to manage daily operations, meet service-level agreements (SLAs), and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).

- Technical Skills and Operational Knowledge:

• Familiarity with logistics-related systems, including Transportation Management Systems (TMS), reporting tools, and document management platforms such as Doc360.
• Understanding of logistics processes, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and operational compliance.
