Logistics Operations Supervisor

Objective of the position:
Responsible for end-to-end management of medical diagnostic specimen logistics operations (End-to-End Diagnostic Logistics Operations), covering resource planning, route management, Cold Chain control, domestic and international sample shipment, SLA management, risk management, quality control, and continuous improvement of operational efficiency, so that specimen pickup and delivery is accurate, fast, safe, highly efficient, and cost-effective for the business.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Logistics Operations & Route Management

• Supervise daily Logistics operations, including manpower allocation, work scheduling, and resource management aligned with workload

• Plan routes (Route Planning) and continuously improve the transport network (Route Optimization) to increase Productivity and reduce transit time and cost

1. Cold Chain, SLA & Sample Integrity

• Control specimen pickup and transport to comply with SLA and quality standards
• Control Cold Chain requirements, Temperature Monitoring, and Sample Integrity throughout the transport process

1. International Sample Shipment

• Oversee shipment of specimens to overseas laboratories, including verifying shipping requirements and related documents
• Control packaging and temperature, and coordinate with carriers and destination laboratories
  Incident, Complaint & Quality Management

1. Incident, Complaint & Quality Management

• Manage nonconformity events, delays, accidents, complaints, and operational emergencies, coordinating with relevant departments
• Prepare and review Incident Reports, Occurrence Reports, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA)

1. Team & Vendor Management

• Manage and develop Logistics Staffs through training, performance evaluation, and Coaching
• Manage relationships with and evaluate external service providers (3PL, Courier, and Logistics Partners) to ensure SLA compliance

1. Compliance, Risk, Reporting & Continuous Improvement

• Ensure operations comply with SOP, PDPA, quality and safety standards, ISO, and requirements of relevant regulatory bodies
• Manage risks and prepare a Business Continuity Plan
• Monitor and report KPIs, analyze risk trends, and propose Continuous Improvement initiatives

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Medical Technology, Health Sciences, or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience in Logistics/Transportation Operations and at least 1 year of team supervisory experience. Experience in medical specimen transport, Cold Chain, or international shipping will be given special consideration.
• Strong communication, presentation, people management, coaching, stakeholder coordination, and customer-centric skills, with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
• Thai language proficiency is preferred, with basic English communication skills

รับผิดชอบการบริหารจัดการงานขนส่งสิ่งส่งตรวจทางการแพทย์แบบครบวงจร (End-to-End Diagnostic Logistics Operations) ครอบคลุมการวางแผนทรัพยากร การบริหารเส้นทาง การควบคุม Cold Chain การจัดส่งตัวอย่างทั้งในและต่างประเทศ การบริหาร SLA การจัดการความเสี่ยง การควบคุมคุณภาพ และการพัฒนาประสิทธิภาพการดำเนินงานอย่างต่อเนื่อง เพื่อให้การรับส่งสิ่งส่งตรวจเป็นไปอย่างถูกต้อง รวดเร็ว ปลอดภัย มีประสิทธิภาพสูงสุด และคุ้มค่าทางธุรกิจ

หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ:

• กำกับดูแลงาน Logistics ประจำวัน จัดสรรกำลังคน จัดตารางปฏิบัติงาน และบริหารทรัพยากรให้สอดคล้องกับปริมาณงาน
• วางแผนเส้นทาง (Route Planning) และปรับปรุงเครือข่ายการขนส่ง (Route Optimization) เพื่อเพิ่ม Productivity ลดระยะเวลาและต้นทุน
• ควบคุมการรับและขนส่งสิ่งส่งตรวจให้เป็นไปตาม SLA และมาตรฐานคุณภาพ
• ควบคุมข้อกำหนด Cold Chain, Temperature Monitoring และ Sample Integrity ตลอดกระบวนการขนส่ง
• กำกับดูแลการจัดส่งสิ่งส่งตรวจไปยังห้องปฏิบัติการต่างประเทศ ตรวจสอบข้อกำหนดการขนส่งและเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• ควบคุมการบรรจุภัณฑ์และอุณหภูมิ ประสานงานกับผู้ให้บริการขนส่งและห้องปฏิบัติการปลายทาง
• บริหารเหตุการณ์ผิดปกติ ความล่าช้า อุบัติเหตุ ข้อร้องเรียน และเหตุฉุกเฉินทางปฏิบัติการ ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• จัดทำและทบทวน Incident Report, Occurrence Report, Root Cause Analysis (RCA) และ Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA)
• บริหารและพัฒนาทีม Logistics Staff ผ่านการฝึกอบรม การประเมินผล และการ Coaching
• บริหารความสัมพันธ์และประเมินผลผู้ให้บริการภายนอก (3PL, Courier และ Logistics Partners) ให้เป็นไปตาม SLA
• ควบคุมการปฏิบัติงานให้สอดคล้องกับ SOP, PDPA, มาตรฐานคุณภาพและความปลอดภัย, ISO และข้อกำหนดของหน่วยงานกำกับดูแล
• บริหารความเสี่ยงและจัดทำแผนรองรับเหตุฉุกเฉิน (Business Continuity Plan)
• ติดตามและรายงาน KPI วิเคราะห์แนวโน้มความเสี่ยง และเสนอโครงการปรับปรุงประสิทธิภาพ (Continuous Improvement)

คุณสมบัติของงาน:

• ปริญญาตรีสาขาโลจิสติกส์ ซัพพลายเชน เทคนิคการแพทย์ วิทยาศาสตร์สุขภาพ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• มีประสบการณ์ด้าน Logistics/Transportation Operations ไม่น้อยกว่า 3 ปี และมีประสบการณ์กำกับดูแลทีมไม่น้อยกว่า 1 ปี ประสบการณ์ด้านการขนส่งสิ่งส่งตรวจทางการแพทย์ Cold Chain หรือการขนส่งระหว่างประเทศ จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
• มีทักษะที่ดีด้าน การสื่อสาร การนำเสนอ การบริหารจัดการบุคลากร การให้คำแนะนำและพัฒนาทีม การประสานงานกับผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสีย และมีใจรักการให้บริการลูกค้า พร้อมทั้งมีแนวคิดเชิงรุกและมีทักษะในการแก้ไขปัญหา
• สามารถสื่อสารภาษาไทยได้ดี และมีทักษะการสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษในระดับพื้นฐาน
