I. Job Summary

The Logistics Operations Supervisor oversees day-to-day logistics operations, managing outbound delivery transactions, truck inventory, and service provider compliance. This role is responsible for coordinating third-party transportation partners to ensure seamless execution, on-time delivery performance, and high-quality service to key accounts.

II. Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant logistics experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; hands-on experience with SAP (or similar ERP systems) is a strong advantage.
• Willingness to work shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays as operational needs require.
