What they need
About the role
Responsible for logistic operations including but not limited to order management and coordinating shipment between suppliers and freight service providers around the world.
Key responsibilities
- Follow up orders / shipment status and delivery schedule with oversea suppliers and customers to ensure timely delivery
- Maintain update and accurate information in Order Management System platform and reconcile data across different systems
- Prepare operation and analysis reports
- Support the Logistics Manager in various ad hoc projects
About you
- Diploma in supply chain / logistics and operations management
- 3 years relevant experience in logistics industry
- Knowledge in SAP
- Knowledge in OMS "InforNexus" is preferred
- Well-versed in Microsoft Office
- Good in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
