Logistics Outbound Executive

About the role

To supervise and control all outbound warehouse activities to ensure products are picked, checked, loaded, and dispatched accurately, safely, and on time, while maintaining inventory accuracy and compliance with company standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily outbound warehouse operations, including picking, staging, loading, and dispatching
• Ensure all customer orders are prepared accurately and according to the delivery plan
• Ensure products are dispatched within the required cut-off time
• Monitor and improve On-Time Dispatch (OTD) performance
• Coordinate with Planning, Customer Service, Logistics, Transporters, and Production to ensure smooth shipment execution
• Coordinate daily truck/container scheduling and loading activities
• Verify loading sequence, product quantity, SKU, batch/lot, and destination before shipment
• Ensure physical stock matches system inventory before shipment
• Monitor picking accuracy and investigate inventory discrepancies
• Ensure FIFO/FEFO requirements are followed during picking and dispatch

About you

• Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration or a related field
• A minimum of 3-5 years' experience in Logistics and Supply Chain
• Good understanding of WMS/SAP or warehouse management systems
• Good knowledge of FIFO/FEFO, inventory control, and warehouse safety
• Good problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and manage multiple priorities
• Good English communication skills
