LOGISTICS PACKER – PACKING & WAREHOUSE SUPPORT

About the Role

MarketX Inc. is looking for a Logistics Packer to support our daily order fulfillment and warehouse operations. The role focuses on accurately picking, packing, organizing, preparing, and moving book orders, parcels, stocks, and supplies for shipment.

We are looking for someone who is hardworking, physically fit, dependable, organized, and efficient. This is a hands-on and physically active position that requires prolonged standing, frequent packing, lifting, carrying, and moving of books, boxes, parcels, and warehouse stocks throughout the workday.

The role may also involve occasional motorcycle or e-bike use to transfer books, supplies, parcels, and other items between company offices located within the same village/subdivision. The successful candidate must be comfortable operating a motorcycle or e-bike safely and must have a valid driver's license or appropriate license/permit required for the vehicle they will operate.

Key Responsibilities

Order Packing & Fulfillment

• Pick and prepare books and other products based on customer orders.
• Pack orders properly, securely, and efficiently for courier delivery.
• Check the correct product, quantity, and packaging before sealing each parcel.
• Attach, verify, and properly secure waybills and shipping labels.
• Sort and organize completed parcels according to courier or shipment schedule.
• Coordinate with the Logistics Staff regarding orders that are ready for packing and dispatch.

Warehouse & Inventory Support

• Receive and organize incoming books, stocks, packaging materials, and other supplies.
• Arrange products and stocks properly on shelves and designated storage areas.
• Assist with regular stock counting and basic inventory checks.
• Carry, move, load, and unload books, boxes, parcels, and stocks as needed.
• Report damaged, missing, incorrect, or insufficient stocks immediately.
• Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and proper organization of the packing and storage areas.

Internal Transfers & Other Logistics Tasks

• Transfer books, parcels, supplies, and other items between company offices within the same village/subdivision when needed.
• Safely operate a motorcycle or e-bike for authorized internal item transfers.
• Assist with other warehouse, packing, fulfillment, and logistics-related tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in packing, warehouse operations, order fulfillment, logistics, inventory, or similar work is preferred.
• Must be physically fit and capable of regularly lifting, carrying, and moving books, boxes, parcels, and stocks.
• Comfortable performing physically demanding and repetitive tasks throughout the workday.
• Must have a valid driver's license or appropriate license/permit required to legally operate the motorcycle/e-bike used for work.
• Must know how to safely operate a motorcycle or e-bike.
• Hardworking, energetic, responsible, and dependable.
• Fast and efficient while maintaining packing accuracy and product quality.
• Detail-oriented when checking products, quantities, waybills, and shipping labels.
• Organized and able to follow established packing, warehouse, and inventory procedures.
• Willing to perform other warehouse and logistics-related tasks when needed.
• Must be willing to work on-site in Dasmariñas City, Cavite, Monday to Saturday.
