Responsibilities

• Collect proof-of-delivery documentation from carrier systems and submit it through internal platforms; track submissions and related escalations.
• Process guest-requested address reroutes with parcel carriers and maintain accurate records in internal databases.
• Support Guest Services with escalated parcel transportation and delivery issues, including shipment exceptions and expedited shipments.
• Communicate with carriers, vendors, and distribution centers to obtain shipment information and resolve delivery issues.
• Monitor daily shipment exceptions, prioritize follow-up activities, and support additional logistics and transportation needs as assigned.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in logistics, distribution, supply chain, transportation, or a related environment preferred.
• Working knowledge of SAP and proficiency in Microsoft Office required; advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills preferred.
• Experience managing or communicating with vendors and/or carriers preferred.
• Strong analytical, organizational, follow-up, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, manage changing priorities, make sound decisions, and identify process improvements.
