Logistics Permit Declarant

About the role

A hands-on Logistics Permit Declarant / Coordinator role that plays a key part in ensuring the smooth movement of dutiable goods, from permit application through to final clearance. You'll work closely with clients, warehouses, shipping partners and Singapore Customs to make sure shipments are processed correctly, compliantly and on time.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinating inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely and efficient movement of goods
• Preparing and submitting Customs permits through TradeWeb, in line with regulatory and permit requirements
• Processing duties, GST, Customs & Excise payments, and cargo clearance permits accurately
• Updating Keyfields systems, preparing job sheets, and ensuring all charges are properly captured for billing
• Maintaining clear, organised and audit-ready documentation
• Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, letters and packages) in a timely manner

About you

• Experience with alcoholic product declarations will be a strong advantage
