Logistics Process Development Officer / Senior Officer

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Logistics Process Development Officer / Senior Officer to join our dynamic operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing supply chain efficiency and streamlining retail logistics operations. You will play a crucial role in orchestrating end-to-end logistics, acting as a central coordinator among cross-functional teams, driving fulfillment timelines, and managing resources effectively to ensure a seamless service delivery experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Logistics Coordination & Timeline Control: Act as the primary coordinator with internal and external parties to manage the production and distribution cycles of specialized operational materials and products, determining required quantities, managing timelines, and ensuring on-time delivery to end-users.
• Inventory Management & Forecasting: Forecast stock requirements, analyze inventory levels, and evaluate demands to identify deficits or surpluses. Collaborate closely with Product, Procurement, and other cross-functional teams to ensure inventory aligns perfectly with business needs.
• Financial & Revenue Reconciliation: Summarize and reconcile revenue recognition data related to logistics operations, while proactively resolving system-based and manual operational issues.
• Budget & Cost Control: Manage and control budgets for warehouse management, transportation fees, packaging, and consumable materials to optimize overall logistical and operational costs.
• Process Improvement: Identify operational bottlenecks across logistics and fulfillment processes, driving continuous process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer experience. Partner with Technology and cross-functional teams to redesign workflows, improve operating procedures, and elevate the end-to-end delivery journey.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Inventory Control, or a related operational/process development role.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with a proven ability to direct, coordinate, and influence various stakeholders effectively.
• Strong analytical approach to inventory forecasting, demand planning, and budget management.
• An active problem solver who can handle both technical system glitches and manual operational challenges under pressure.
• A highly proactive, detail-oriented, and structured thinker with a growth mindset, focused on operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
