Logistics Project Coordinator (West/Project exp)

Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage projects from planning to completion.
• Liaise with customers, suppliers, contractors and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Prepare quotations, purchase orders, delivery orders and other project-related documents.
• Coordinate delivery schedules, site visits and project arrangements.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timelines are met.
• Handle customer enquiries and provide timely follow-up.
• Conduct site visits and coordinate on-site activities when required.
• Prepare project reports and maintain proper documentation.
• Perform any other ad hoc duties assigned by the management.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or relevant qualification in Logistics, Business Administration, Project Management or related field.

• Relevant experience in project coordination, logistics, construction or trading industry will be an advantage.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

• Possess own motorcycle or car is required.

• Willing to travel to customer/project sites
