Logistics Project Planner

Location: Tianjin

What are your main tasks?

• Work with each dept and customer to draft out the information flow and material flow based on the progress of project, including: define transportation route, the mode of customer purchasing order and call-off
• According to the requirement of Grammer logistics, create the logistics performance measurement and logistics agreement with customers
• Work together with Purchase, Production, and other companies to supply material for meeting various demand before SOP.
• Issue purchase forecast, purchase order and follows up the delivery date to ensure material procurement on time
• New project and workshops in logistics, like barcode and kanban etc.
• Act as SAP super user in logistics
• Other works assigned by logistics manager

What are your qualifications?

• Excellent communication skills and good command on written and oral English.
• Knowledge of international trade/transportation
• Be familiar with SAP/ERP system
• Knowledge of legislation and ability of communication.
• Good team player and quick learner
• University degree or above, major in logistics, trade or English, at least five years working experience in automotive or manufacturing
