Job Description Responsibilities :-
・Responsible for internal system operation required for warehouse and delivery operations on PC.
・Co-ordinate and liase with customers' calls/transporter/warehouse/internal on the day operation, enquiries on delivery operations and monitoring delivery to ensure delivery on time.
・Liaise with delivery staff/stores on delivery operations.
・Communicate and coordinate with partner company.
・Provide daily administrative and operational support to the department.
・Perform ad-hoc tasks as assign by Management from time to time.
・To do product inspection to identify any possible defect
・Document preparation a day before delivery
・Able to outstation when required

(We opened the 1st store (Furniture and Interior) in KL as belows)   
(Supervisor is Japanese)
By the end of 2025, Nitori have 13 stores located in Klang Valley, JB, and Penang.

Job Title Requirement :-
Able to communicate in business level English
Must have knowledge of using computer and MS Office(Excel), good computer literacy
Must have minimum a SPM or above
Preferable : Working experience in Logistics/Retail Shop/Call center
Preferable : Working experience of Office Clerk
Preferable : Japanese language skill
Preferable : Excel/PowerPoint skill/V-LOOKUP.X-LOOKUP (skills such as formula for table creation)

Working hours from : 8.30am - 17:30.
(Lunch time is 1 hour)　※Varies with monthly shifts
Willing to work in shifting schedule (including Saturday / Sunday)
