Logistics Representative (Temporary / Reliever)

About the role

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and dynamic Logistics Representative to join our team in a temporary reliever capacity. This role is critical in maintaining the seamless flow of our supply chain, managing import/export documentation, and coordinating with clearing agents during the temporary absence of our regular team member.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and process critical shipping lines, customs declarations, bills of lading, and commercial invoices
• Liaise directly with brokers, forwarders, and customs authorities to ensure efficient cargo clearance and zero border delays
• Monitor real-time inbound and outbound shipments, providing daily status updates to management and clients
• Maintain precise data logs within the company's logistics management system

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Education: Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Customs Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or any related business field.
• License (Preferred): Licensed Customs Broker (LCB) is a major advantage.
• Experience: At least 1–2 years of hands-on experience handling domestic or international logistics and customs documentation.
• Skills: High level of meticulousness, strong clerical organization, and excellent communication skills for vendor coordination.
