What they need
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of any 4-year course, preferably in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or Marketing.
- Experience in logistics, freight forwarding, shipping, trucking, or sales is an advantage.
- Knowledge of shipment coordination, documentation, import/export procedures, or client acquisition is a plus.
- Good communication, negotiation, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, proactive, and willing to learn.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and work independently or as part of a team.
- For Sales applicants: Must be goal-oriented and capable of generating leads, acquiring new clients, and developing business opportunities.
