Logistics Sales Executive

1. Existing experience in logistics, freight forwarding, shipping, transportation, or related industries
2. A genuine network of potential customers and business contacts
3. The ability to bring actual customers and sales, not just generate unqualified leads
4. Good knowledge of current market rates and the ability to obtain competitive freight/logistics rates
5. Strong negotiation and communication skills
6. Understanding of customer requirements, quotations, pricing, and margins
7. The ability to identify profitable business opportunities
8. Confidence in approaching new customers and converting them into regular clients
9. Good knowledge of competitors and current market conditions
10. A strong sales mindset with the ability to work independently

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Experience: 3 to 5 years of proven, successful sales experience in the UAE freight forwarding or 3PL logistics sector.
2. Identify and approach potential customers
3. Bring new business and generate actual sales for Bilran Logistics
4. Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships
5. Understand customer shipping/logistics requirements
6. Obtain competitive rates from carriers, agents, transporters, and other service providers
7. Compare market rates and help the company offer competitive quotations
8. Prepare and follow up on quotations
9. Negotiate pricing and close deals while maintaining healthy margins
10. Monitor market pricing and competitor rates
11. Build a strong and sustainable customer portfolio
12. Provide regular updates on sales activity, opportunities, and conversions
