Logistics Sales Executive (EL)

Manage day-to-day air and sea freight sales enquiries received through telephone and email.

Prepare freight quotations based on customer requirements and conduct timely follow-up on sales enquiries and quotations.

Maintain and prepare weekly and monthly sales data, reports and relevant performance information.

Process debit notes and credit notes accurately to support smooth billing and payment processes.

Communicate effectively with customers and coordinate with colleagues and overseas offices to facilitate smooth service delivery.

Work towards achieving assigned monthly sales KPIs and revenue targets.

Collaborate with the Outdoor Sales Team to identify and develop new sales opportunities and strengthen existing customer relationships.

Provide professional and responsive customer service throughout the sales and enquiry process.
