Logistics SAP Implementation

We are hiring a Logistics SAP Implementation to support logistics operations and SAP implementation activities as part of an SAP implementation program with a well-known multinational FMCG company.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead logistics business requirements for outbound delivery, shipment planning, route determination, transportation execution, proof of delivery, returns, and logistics cost visibility.
• Validate SAP design for integration between sales orders, deliveries, warehouse operations, transportation activities, billing, freight accruals, and customer service updates.
• Ensure the solution supports FMCG distribution requirements such as high delivery volume, multiple channels, distributor/customer delivery models, cold chain or temperature-sensitive goods where applicable, and delivery performance tracking.
• Support master data readiness for routes, shipping points, transportation zones, carriers, vehicles, customers, delivery calendars, and logistics conditions.
• Prepare and execute testing for delivery creation, picking interface, dispatch, shipment completion, returns, proof of delivery, and logistics exception scenarios.
• Coordinate with warehouse, sales operations, finance, procurement, and third-party logistics providers during design, cutover, go-live, and hypercare.

Key Requirements

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in warehouse management, inventory management, and planning, preferably within the FMCG industry.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Strong SAP knowledge, preferably SAP MM, WM, or EWM, with exposure to inventory management, MRP, or planning.
• Excellent English communication skills are essential.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive, agile, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
