Logistics Satff/Driver

Job Description: Need Ink Sales & Services is currently looking for a highly-organized and detail-oriented Logistic Staff/Driver to join our team. Manages the daily operations of the supply chain, ensuring the smooth movement, storage, and timely delivery of goods.

About Us: We are a service-oriented company that offers a wide range of products and services, from printer consumables, repair and service maintenance, printers, computers, and peripherals.

About the Role: They coordinate shipments, maintain accurate inventory records, and act as a key liaison between suppliers, warehouses, and transport providers.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Loading, transporting and deliver items to designated forwarder /couriers in a safe and timely manner
• Reviews outgoing notification forms before delivery to ensure items are complete and charges are correct
• Picking up incoming shipments, office purchases or other administrative needs
• Assisting with loading and unloading items from vehicles
• Abiding to all transportation laws and maintaining a safe driving record
• Prepares reports and other documents relating to deliveries
• Driving a variety of vehicles, including motorbikes, cars, delivery trucks
• Ensuring that vehicles are under good maintenance

Qualifications:

• Has a valid driver’s license (Professional 123)
• Has clean driving record
• 1 to 3 years of previous commercial or professional driving experience.
• Vocational, High-school Diploma or equivalent
• Physical strength and ability to lift heavy objects
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Good verbal communication and customer service skills
