About the role
We are looking for a meticulous Logistics / Shipping Executive to handle day-to-day shipping administrative work, track cargo movements, and ensure all custom declarations run smoothly without causing operational delay.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare, verify, and process shipping instructions, booking confirmations, and shipping documents (BL, invoice, packing list, customs declaration)
- Monitor shipment status closely and provide real-time tracking updates to customers and the operations manager
- Coordinate arrangements with haulage companies, warehouse teams, and custom brokers for timely delivery
- Handle data entry into the logistics system and maintain structured electronic filing of all shipping records
About you
- Minimum a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Transportation, Business Administration, or equivalent
- Minimum 1–3 years of working experience handling shipping or freight forwarding operations
- Must be a Mandarin speaker to liaise effectively with international clients and handle shipping data
- Detail-oriented, good with computer tools, and capable of working under minimal supervision
