As the world's leading contract logistics provider, we are looking for an experienced and inspiring Site Manager to take full ownership of a large-scale warehouse operation and drive operational excellence, safety, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement.

As Site Manager, you will be responsible for the overall leadership and performance of the site, ensuring operational excellence while maintaining a strong Safety First Culture. You will oversee daily operations, lead and develop management teams, collaborate closely with customers, and drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance productivity, quality, and financial performance..

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all facets of the assigned warehouse, including operations, administration, financials, and compliance with customer expectations.
• Lead, plan, monitor, and manage warehouse operations
• Diagnose problems, implement process improvements, and enhance productivity and efficiency.
• Proactively identify operational enhancements to optimize the overall performance.
• Ensure the site adheres to safety standards and aligns with DHL's global standards.
• Align the operational plan with customer demand.
• Provide the leadership team with the necessary resources for success.
• Regularly meet with customers to offer support, review budgets, and assess site performance.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing day-to-day and long-term logistics site operations, with a proven track record.
• Prior experience as a Warehouse or Site lead in logistics is a prerequisite.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Hungarian
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize effectively and negotiate with customers.
• Previous experience with start-ups is a strong advantage.
