Logistics SME

This individual will lead Strategy, Concept, Doctrine, and Wargaming tasks, assisting LPOV in developing logistics concepts and integrating wargaming efforts with various USMC and Joint entities.

Required Experience:

Eight (8+) years of experience supporting concept and wargaming analysis and integration.

Experience developing logistics strategies, concepts, and wargaming plans at a DoD Service Level Headquarters, combat development organization, or Joint wargaming organization.

Experience coordinating and leading teams to implement concepts/wargaming plans and producing strategy products.

Proven ability to work effectively with senior leadership (flag officers or senior civilians) in developing strategic initiatives.

Experience supporting USMC modernization or Force Development/Design efforts with CD&I.

Experience with USMC PPBEA, Force Development System, and Capabilities Based Assessment processes.

Experience supporting the lifecycle of Marine Corps wargames, studies and analysis, or experimentation.

Experience supporting logistics integration with OPNAV N4, USCG, DCMS, and Joint Staff.

Experience scheduling and preparing papers, briefings, and documents required for logistics advisory efforts.

Experience conducting analyses of new and emerging DoD, Service, and Joint Strategies, Concepts, and Wargame reports.

Experience developing and reviewing tasks in Service-level headquarters task management systems (e.g., ETMS2), including integrating multiple inputs and consolidating responses up to the 3-star level.

Demonstrated ability to successfully execute strategic plans and produce creative, high-quality information papers and briefs.

Knowledge of current and emerging Marine Corps logistics issues and initiatives.
