Logistics Specialist (Cebu/Manila) - AU Client

Role Purpose
As the Logistics Administrator, you'll manage and support the daily operations of our delivery services. Your contribution is crucial in developing a top-notch fulfilment and transport system, ensuring our customers enjoy outstanding home delivery experiences. Besides performance tracking and operational tasks, you'll work with internal teams and external partners to improve customer deliveries and grow our capabilities.

Position Scope

The main responsibilities of your role include:

• Support Logistics team with various day-to-day operational tasks
• Become an expert user in our TMS (Logistics Optimisation Solutions Software)
• Run, review and action order exception reports for all state orders, including our White Glove service
• Review load planning and routing daily to ensure delivery vehicles are utilised at a high percentage rate and routed to the most efficient drop density
• Review SAP TMS function daily to validate completed trips
• Build a strong understanding of SAP in general to understand all key features related to order flow and last mile
• Maintain constant communications between our 3PL’s, delivery partners and internal stakeholders to ensure a steady operational flow
• Manage any delivery issues or escalations in a timely manner through the appropriate channels to immediately resolve and maintain our overall NPS
• Complete daily reconciliation of orders between our internal tech platforms to ensure 100% accuracy between systems
• Ensure driver compliance auditing is completed weekly to assist in providing regular feedback to our partners to ensure a high level of service is always provided
• Manage daily health checks to ensure PO’s are consistently moving throughout the delivery network to reach the designated customer in a timely manner
• Maintain White Glove order management spreadsheets on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
• Assist TW Delivery team with continuous improvement projects to expand/automate current processes across last mile, cross dock, and reverse logistics
• Maintain and continue to develop the last mile performance reporting and dashboard to communicate current efficiencies and areas for improvement
• Manage and maintain TW Delivery mailbox
• Manage a complex workload and hit key performance targets daily
• Consistently project a high level of professionalism
