KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for asset management including calibration schedules.
• Responsible of processing car registration renewal and insurance.
• Plan a cost-effective pod logistic costs based on cost and benefits analysis.
• Make sure of assets/equipment availability and in good condition to pod based on the services offered per event.
• Monitors Pod Movement in a 2-shift windows including weekends (Possibility of a weekday rest day depending on Pod Movement).
• Make sure the everything is properly coordinated with Trucking and Onsite leader follow our standard drop off and pick up SOP.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Education & Experience

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or Associate’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

• Experience Requirement: Minimum 6 months to 1 year of hands-on experience in asset management, logistics coordination, fleet management, or inventory control. Fresh Graduates is accepted!

• Industry Background: Prior experience in event operations, mobile healthcare units, transport/logistics operations, or field services is highly desirable.

• Fleet & Transportation Operations

• Experience coordinating dispatch operations, route planning, driver scheduling, and third-party trucking vendors (3PL).

• Familiarity with load planning and securing equipment during transport to prevent damage.

• Field Logistics & Scheduling

• Familiarity with shift planning, real-time vehicle tracking systems (GPS/Telematics), and time-zone/window monitoring for multi-shift deployments.

• Experience strictly enforcing drop-off, pick-up, and staging SOPs across field locations.
