What they need
- Handle international logistics and enquiries, including sea/air freight, customs clearance, import/export permits, and special building material certifications (e.g., CIDB COA).
- Formulate optimal shipping plans based on sales of contract; arrange shipment bookings, import/export cargo delivery, preparation of shipping and customs documentation (e.g., Form K1/K2, CI, PL, BL), and coordinate local inland transport for smooth delivery and clearance.
- Maintain and update logistics, shipping, customs, and inventory data reports regularly to ensure data accuracy and traceability.
- Assist the Sales Team with shipping enquiries, logistics quotes, certification updates, and other work-related matters.
- Experience in international trade settlement (e.g., Letter of Credit review, D/A, D/P) will be an added advantage.
