Logistics Specialist

Location : RT Plus logistics Ltd. distribution center in Bangna-trad kM19, Samut Prakarn.

Working day : 5 days

Job description

-        Manage day-to-day shopfloor operation including inbound, outbound shipment and inventory management.

-        Manage manpower and resources allocation to support throughput in shopfloor and office operation.

-        Manage cycle count, monthly and yearly stock taking In line with plan.

-        Leading and manage 10-15 of direct report staff members.

-        Coach and develop a team members to improve individual skills and performance.

-        Address operation challenges and lead team members to improve operation processes.

-        Ensure operation processes to comply with regulation, ISO and company standard.

-        Maintain general cleanliness of the warehouse – 5S, Safety and Security.

-        Ensure facility equipment is properly maintained.

-        Other assignment by superior to support company vision and mission.

Requirement

-        Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Logistics Management or related background.

-        Minimum 0-3 years of experience and fresh graduated are welcome.

-        Good command of written and spoken English.

-        Good skills using Microsoft Excel, Word.

-        Good knowledge in WMS or SAP skill will be advantage.

-        Able to work on shift rotations.
