Job Summary

The Logistics Specialist is responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring the movement of raw materials, finished goods, and supplies to support smooth plant operations. This role ensures timely deliveries, efficient dispatching, and accurate documentation while coordinating closely with production, warehouse, and transport partners.

Requirements

• Graduate of Business Administration, Financial Management, Management Accounting, Information Accounting, IT, Agriculture any related course
• Experience in logistics, transport coordination, or plant operations is an advantage
• Knowledge of delivery scheduling, routing, and logistics documentation
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
• Strong organizational, coordination, and problem solving skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily logistics activities including delivery scheduling and dispatching of materials and products
• Monitor delivery status and ensure timely arrival of shipments to and from the plant
• Coordinate with warehouse, production, and transport providers for efficient material flow
• Prepare and maintain accurate logistics documents, delivery receipts, and reports
• Address and resolve delivery issues, delays, or discrepancies promptly
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance logistics efficiency and cost control
