Logistics Specialist

Job responsibilities

1. Responsible for booking space for exports, preparing export documents, confirming fees, and verifying bills of lading.

2. Responsible for providing a full set of import documents, following up on import customs declarations, and resolving issues during the import process;

3. Update information and fees in the import and export ledger, confirm fees, and apply for payment.

4. Purchase transportation insurance, report accidents, file claims, and follow up on compensation payments.

Job requirements

1. Knowledge structure requirements: Familiar with logistics and international trade-related knowledge, and understanding of customs declaration document preparation.

2. Requirements for work ability

(1) Proactive in work, conscientious and meticulous, strong sense of responsibility, and strong execution ability.

(2) Clear thinking, organized, accurate and timely work, good at thinking and summarizing. (3) Good communication skills and team spirit.
