Logistics Specialist

Russell Tobin is partnering with a leading Biopharma organization to identify a Logistics Specialist to coordinate logistics operations, manage inventory, and support efficient warehouse and distribution activities.

Responsibilities

· Manage daily inbound and outbound logistics operations to support production and distribution schedules.

· Oversee inventory control and maintain accurate inventory records across warehouse management systems.

· Coordinate the movement of raw materials, components, and finished goods, with limited involvement in transportation activities.

· Ensure logistics and warehouse operations comply with applicable regulatory, quality, and safety standards.

· Collaborate with procurement, planning, quality, and other cross-functional teams to maintain an efficient supply of goods.

· Utilize SAP to manage logistics workflows, track inventory, and generate operational reports.

· Identify opportunities to improve logistics efficiency, inventory accuracy, and distribution processes while meeting customer requirements and budgetary goals.

Requirements

· Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field preferred.

· 6+ years of logistics experience.

· 4–6 years of experience in warehouse and distribution operations.

· 4–6 years of hands-on SAP experience required.

· Strong understanding of inventory management, warehouse operations, and logistics coordination.

· Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

· Experience in regulated industries, particularly pharmaceutical or biotechnology environments, is a plus.

Additional Details:

• Location model: Onsite, King of Prussia, PA
• Schedule: 1st Shift, Standard Business Hours
• Position Type: 1 Year contract with possibilities of extension
• Pay range approved: $31/hr - $36/hr depending on experience
