Logistics Specialist

Job Summary

This role is responsible for strategic logistics execution of finished goods and raw material inventories. Support logistics inbound and outbound activity to ensure timely transport arrangement. The incumbent is responsible to ensure compliance for customs entries and responsible for custom reporting.

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit LMW monthly and yearly reports.
• Prepare / responsible for LMW license renewal .
• Responsible / lead custom audit and key contact for custom compliance audit.
• Ensure finished goods and raw materials are executed based on tariff code given by custom/Corporate trade compliance.
• Support logistic arrangement for inbound and outbound shipments.
• Responsible for import / export SOP & procedures.
• Provide administrative support to warehouse for deliveries and RMA.
• Prepare all applications for new machines, materials, finished goods and summit to custom for approval .
• Maintain proper filing system and perform other administrative duties as assigned.
• Responsible for AFTA COA application/renewal.
• Responsible for NPCO COO application/renewal.
• Perform other tasks as needed in support of plant and corporate objectives

Job Requirement

• Degree in Business/ Supply Chain/ Logistics Management or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in logistics, with knowledge of warehousing operations.
• Experience dealing with local customs authorities and government departments.
• Familiar with LMW rules and regulations, shipping procedures, and shipping document preparation.
• Knowledge in Oracle ERP system will be an added advantage
