Logistics Specialist

Role Description The Logistics Specialist will work part-time in a remote capacity, supporting logistics processes related to electronic public procurement activities. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating supply chain operations, tracking shipments, and managing documentation for imports and exports in alignment with public procurement requirements. The role involves liaising with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure timely delivery and compliance with applicable regulations and procedures. The Logistics Specialist will analyze logistical data to identify process improvements, maintain accurate records in digital systems, and help resolve operational issues. The position requires consistent communication, proactive problem-solving, and careful attention to detail in a virtual working environment.

• Ability to work independently in a remote, part-time setting with strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Familiarity with electronic public procurement platforms or similar digital systems is an advantage.
• Experience in logistics, public procurement, or related fields is preferred.
• Relevant technical or academic background in logistics, business, or a related discipline is beneficial.
