About the Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated Logistics Specialist to join a growing operations team. This position will support the day-to-day coordination of logistics, warehousing, inventory, and distribution activities while partnering closely with third-party logistics (3PL) providers, suppliers, carriers, and internal teams.

The ideal candidate brings strong warehouse and logistics experience, excellent analytical skills, and hands-on knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Excel. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys taking ownership of logistics operations, solving problems, and identifying ways to improve efficiency and service.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day warehouse and logistics activities with external 3PL partners.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for warehouse partners, carriers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, order releases, delivery schedules, and inventory movements.
• Monitor inventory accuracy, warehouse performance, stock discrepancies, and overall logistics execution.
• Partner with external logistics providers to address operational issues and maintain expected service levels.
• Analyze logistics and warehouse data to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for improvement.
• Track and report key performance indicators, including OTIF, lead times, inventory accuracy, service levels, and warehouse performance .
• Recommend and implement improvements related to inventory management, operational efficiency, and customer service.
• Provide logistics expertise and recommendations to cross-functional teams.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives across logistics and warehouse operations.
• Travel occasionally to warehouse locations as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• Approximately 4–7 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, warehouse operations, or a related environment.
• Experience coordinating warehouse activities and working with third-party logistics providers (3PLs).
• Strong working knowledge of SAP/ERP systems.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and logistics reporting tools.
• Experience analyzing operational data and translating findings into actionable improvements.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to independently prioritize work and take ownership of day-to-day operational activities.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Proactive, continuous-improvement mindset.
• Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, changing environment.

Additional Preferred Experience

• 3+ years of professional experience using Microsoft Excel.
• 2+ years of experience working with SAP ERP.
• Experience managing relationships with carriers, warehouses, suppliers, or other external logistics partners.
