Logistics Staff

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor the movement and delivery of products within the Visayas and Mindanao areas.

• Assist in planning and scheduling deliveries, transfers, and shipments.

• Coordinate with warehouse teams, drivers, trucking companies, and third-party logistics providers regarding delivery schedules and requirements.

• Prepare and maintain logistics documents such as Delivery Receipts (DR), shipping documents, transfer documents, and other required records.

• Monitor delivery timelines and coordinate with concerned parties regarding delays, discrepancies, or delivery issues.

• Assist in checking and reconciling delivered, transferred, and received items against supporting documents.

• Coordinate with the warehouse regarding product availability, dispatch schedules, and loading requirements.

• Maintain accurate and organized records of shipments, deliveries, and logistics transactions.

• Prepare regular logistics reports and provide updates on delivery status and pending shipments.

• Assist in resolving delivery discrepancies, damaged items, shortages, and other logistics-related concerns.

• Perform other logistics and administrative tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• At least 1–2 years of experience in logistics, warehouse, distribution, or supply chain operations.
• Experience handling Visayas and Mindanao shipments or distribution operations is an advantage.
• Knowledge of logistics processes, inventory movement, and delivery coordination.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Strong coordination, communication, and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to maintain accurate records.
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Willing to coordinate with different branches, warehouses, transport providers, and customers.
• Willing to be assigned in Manresa, Quezom City.
