QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

1. Preferably graduate of Business Administration major in Operations Management course and Customs Administration.
2. Fresh graduate is welcome to apply
3. Good verbal and written communication.
4. Self-motivated, flexible and work well under pressure.
5. Must be willing to be trained and able to work flexible hours.
6. Attention to details is necessary.
7. Knowledgeable with MS Office.

JOBS DESCRIPTION:

1. Performs clerical and data entry jobs for customers and service providers.
2. Process customer orders and expediting daily shipments and local distributions.
3. Prepares delivery/shipping and import documents, record keeping and filing.
4. Transacts in SAP the receiving, issuance of products and its transfer to another warehouse location.
5. Track shipments and coordinates to brokers for the import clearance and releasing.
6. Perform other duties assigned by Supervisors.
