Logistics Staff

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field.
• 1-2 years of working experience in import logistics, customs compliance or supply chain operations.
• Hands on experience working within PEZA registerd enterprise.
• Direct experience using VASP systems and BOC portal transactions.
• Manage all PEZA and Bureau of Customs (BOC) documentation strictly for importations.
• Coordinate daily incoming cargo shipment with suppliers, freight forwarders, brokers.
• Monitor and replenish pre-payment account with BOC and VASP to prevent permit lodgment delays.
• In-charge of documentation preparation of incoming deliveries and endorsement to related departments.
• Submit the Monthly Fund Report for accounting reconciliation.
• Prepares and submit weekly reports to head of department.
• Perform other tasks and responsibilities as instructed by immediate superior.
