Logistics Staff

A Logistics assistant facilitates the fulfillment of logistics requests, records deliveries and retrievals, secures complete documentation for each transaction, and proactively reports trip status to the Shift Coordinator on duty. They hold a booklet of receipts called Delivery/Retrieval Receipts (DRRs) and it is their responsibility to ensure that each series number in a consumed DRR booklet assigned to them is complete in order for them to replenish these.

On a daily basis, the Logistics Technician is tasked to efficiently, safely, and successfully perform physical activities such as deliveries, retrievals, and other company-related service requests that are asked of them. They are accountable for any breakage or loss that is unreported prior to their handling of assets. As such, they have to be able to thoroughly inspect every item they handle, that these are complete, and free of damages and losses. People whom are detail-oriented and have a strong sense of accountability and responsibility will be a good fit for this role.
