Logistics Staff

• Plans and coordinates deliveries to ensure timely and efficient delivery of items to customers, branches, suppliers, and other authorized locations.
• Prepares and verifies delivery documents such as Delivery Receipts, Sales Invoices, Pull-Out Forms, and other required logistics documents before dispatch.
• Receives and checks items for dispatch by verifying item descriptions, quantities, serial numbers, and condition against approved documents.
• Loads, transport, and deliver items safely, ensuring products are properly handled, secured, and protected from damage during transit.
• Coordinates delivery schedules and routes with Sales, Warehouse, customers, and other departments concerned to ensure efficient logistics operations.
• Secures proof of delivery and proper acknowledgment from customers or authorized recipients and promptly submits completed documents for recording and filing.
• Handles product pull-outs, returns, transfers, and retrievals based on approved requests and ensures proper documentation and accountability of items.
• Monitors delivery status and provides timely updates on completed, pending, delayed, or unsuccessful deliveries and immediately reports issues or discrepancies.
• Maintains cleanliness, safety, and proper condition of assigned delivery vehicles and logistics equipment, including conducting basic checks before and after use.
• Maintains accurate logistics records and coordinates with relevant departments regarding deliveries, dispatches, returns, pull-outs, vehicle concerns, and other logistics requirements to support efficient operations.

Qualifications:

• Amenable to work in Naga
• At least 6 months experience in logistics/warehouse operations
• Open for fresh grad of Bachelor’s degree in Logistics/Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• High School/Senior High School graduate; college-level education is an advantage.
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, email, inventory/ERP or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Basic knowledge of receiving, stock handling, inventory counting, packing, dispatching, and logistics documentation.

Pay: From Php12,000.00 per month
