What they need
A logistics staff member manages the day-to-day movement, storage, and tracking of goods and inventory to keep supply chain operations running smoothly.
- Warehouse & Inventory Operations: Receive, inspect, sort, and process incoming and outgoing stock, maintain accurate inventory records, and conduct regular stock counts.
- Order Preparation & Dispatch: Pick, pack, and label products according to delivery schedules.
- Shipment & Transport Coordination: Coordinate deliveries, monitor shipment progress in real time, and communicate with drivers, couriers, 3PL (third-party logistics) providers, and freight forwarders.
- Documentation & Compliance: Prepare and process shipping papers, bills of lading, delivery receipts, and import/export or customs compliance documents.
- Issue Resolution: Track delays, report discrepancies in stock or delivery counts, and support cross-functional teams like accounting, sales, and purchasing.
Pay: Php15,000.00 - Php16,000.00 per month
