Purpose and Objective of this position:

Assist the Logistics Manager in managing payment procedures and supervising third-party logistics providers to ensure compliance with company guidelines, policies, procedures, and regulations. Ensure all logistics activities comply with Vietnam Customs rules and regulations.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Check shipping documents and process debit notes on time to ensure timely shipment release and minimize storage fees.
• Register shipping fees and product value payments in the system.
• Supervise third-party logistics providers and monitor their performance.
• Ensure compliance with Logistics standard operating procedures.
• Check and confirm detailed fee lists on time to facilitate invoice issuance by third-party logistics providers, and follow up to ensure payments are made in accordance with credit terms.
• Track and prepare product value payment documents for suppliers to minimize overdue payments.
• Complete monthly payment procedures in accordance with the Finance team's deadlines and provide the Finance team with logistics expense information on time for monthly reporting to the BOD and HQ.
• Collaborate with support teams (Merchandising, Finance, IT, and Human Resources) and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Analyze logistics costs and support other teams in arranging shipments with the most cost-effective options.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, as well as Vietnam Customs rules and regulations.

• Education Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Work Experience: Experience in Logistics, Import & Export, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Critical Skills: Good command of English; Good Excel skills.
