Logistics Staff – Order Processing and Courier Management

About the Role

We're looking for a Logistics Staff who will handle order encoding, courier dashboard management, shipment processing, and delivery monitoring for our online orders.

The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, computer proficient, and capable of accurately processing a high volume of customer orders and shipments.

Responsibilities

• Encode confirmed customer orders accurately into the assigned system and courier dashboards
• Manage and monitor courier dashboards and online shipping portals
• Create and process shipment bookings and waybills
• Verify customer names, contact numbers, addresses, products, quantities, and COD amounts before shipment
• Print and organize waybills and shipping documents
• Coordinate with packing/fulfillment staff for orders ready for dispatch
• Coordinate with couriers for pickups, shipment concerns, and delivery issues
• Monitor shipment status, including delivered, in transit, failed delivery, and Return-to-Sender (RTS)
• Update order and shipment statuses in the company’s trackers or systems
• Check for duplicate, incomplete, or incorrect orders before processing
• Maintain accurate records of daily orders and shipments
• Report courier, shipment, or order discrepancies to the appropriate team
• Assist in reconciling courier records with internal order records\
• Coordinate with Customer Service regarding failed deliveries, customer concerns, and orders requiring follow-up

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics, order processing, order encoding, e-commerce fulfillment, or similar roles is preferred
• Experience using courier dashboards or online shipping platforms is a strong advantage
• Fast and accurate in data entry and order encoding
• Computer proficient and comfortable working with online systems
• Familiarity with Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel
• Strong attention to detail, especially with customer information, addresses, COD amounts, and shipment details
• Organized and capable of handling multiple orders efficiently
• Can identify and report errors or discrepancies before orders are dispatched
• Responsible, dependable, and able to meet daily processing deadlines
• Can coordinate effectively with customer service, fulfillment, and courier personnel
• Must be willing to work on site in Dasmariñas City, Cavite, Monday to Saturday

Pay: Php17,000.00 - Php18,000.00 per month

• This is a full-time, on-site position in Metrogate Village, San Agustin 1, Dasmariñas City, Cavite, with a Monday–Saturday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM schedule. • The salary range is ₱16,000–₱18,000 per month, based on experience and qualifications. Are you willing to start at ₱17,000 based on your current experience? Please indicate your expected salary.
