Logistics Staff/Documentation Associate

The Logistics Staff is responsible for performing a wide range of operational activities to support efficient mailroom services, internal deliveries, asset movements, and administrative coordination. This role is essential in maintaining timely, secure, and accurate handling of documents and equipment across the organization, in compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• At least College Level, Vocational Diploma or Short Course Certificate in any field
• Verbal and Oral Communication Skills: Should be able to communicate effectively with colleagues, clients and the management to avoid errors in providing information.
• Good Planning and Time Management Skills: Should be able to plan and execute schedule and routes that will promote job efficiency, timely completion of tasks, and optimal use of resources.
• Geographical Knowledge: Familiar with important streets and/or buildings withing the covered area
• Attention to details.
• Physically fit and able to lift average sized boxes.
• Tech Savvy: Able to use mapping applications, mailroom applications and MS Offices
• Ability to work under pressure: Should be able to handle the pressure that comes with the job.
• Ability to plan and manage work under time constraints

Pay: Php15,000.00 - Php16,000.00 per month
