LOGISTICS SUPERVISOR - Bulacan

Position Purpose

The Small Bulk Logistics Supervisor – North Site is responsible for the day-to-day planning, coordination, and monitoring of Small Bulk LPG deliveries within the assigned North area. The position ensures that deliveries are executed safely, efficiently, and on time, while maintaining proper coordination with Customer Service, BDE, Operations, and Haulers. The role is also responsible for monitoring delivery performance, resolving operational issues, controlling logistics costs, and ensuring compliance with company safety and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily logistics and delivery operations and ensure proper execution of dispatch plans.
• Review daily Small Bulk dispatch plans and ensure proper truck and driver assignments.
• Coordinate with Customer Service, BDE, haulers, drivers, and logistics personnel regarding delivery requirements and operational concerns.
• Monitor the status of deliveries, including delayed, undelivered, cancelled, and rescheduled deliveries.
• Monitor truck utilization, turnaround time, delivery productivity, and overall delivery performance.
• Supervise and guide logistics assistants.
• Monitor the performance and work schedules of contractual drivers and helpers.
• Monitor the availability, maintenance, and repair requirements of LPC-owned trucks.
• Monitor the validity of truck and transport requirements, including permits, lorry meter calibration, and bullet requalification.
• Monitor hauling cost, diesel consumption, delivery volume, and transport cost variances.
• Review and consolidate monthly logistics reports, including Transport Cost Analysis, Logistics Daily Highlights, Exception Reports, and Gas Meter Validation.
• Ensure compliance with company safety, operational, and transport procedures.
• Identify recurring operational issues and recommend practical improvements in delivery efficiency, service, and cost.
• Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned by Management

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of a four-year bachelor’s degree, preferably in any business-related course.
• With 5 years experience as Logistics Supervisor is an advantage.
• Knowledge of dispatch, route planning, truck utilization, and delivery monitoring.
• Basic knowledge of transport costs, fuel consumption, and operational reports.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic data analysis.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Able to supervise and guide logistics personnel and handle day-to-day operational concerns.
• Willing to work beyond regular hours when operational requirements arise.

Pay: Php15,343.61 - Php37,359.26 per month
