Logistics Supervisor

We are seeking an organized and proactive Logistics Supervisor to help ensure smooth and efficient delivery operations across our plastic business products. This role will work closely with our plant in Laguna Techno Park.

Key Responsibility:

• Plan, schedule, and monitor of daily product dispatch from Laguna to Metro Manila branches.
• Coordinate transport arrangements, tract shipments, and resolve delivery delays, discrepancies or damages.
• Maintain accurate inventory records of finish goods; monitor stock levels before dispatch.
• Ensure proper packing, labeling, and loading of plastic products to prevent damage in transit.
• Review delivery receipts and transport slips; reconcile with plant records.
• Supervise logistics staff/helpers at the plant; enforce safety and housekeeping rules.
• Optimize routes and load capacity to reduce courier/transport cost.
• Coordinate with our Manila branch for smooth operatiuons.
• Prepare daily/weekly logistics reports; dispatch status, on-time delivery rate, damages, costs.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of any 3 to 4 year course degree
• Experience: 3+ years in logistics/supervisory role in any manufacturing business.
• Knowledge: Transport regulations, warehousing, inventory management, waybill/delivery documentations.
• Willing to assign in Laguna Techno Park

Skills:

• Strong organization, problem solving, and decision making
• Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office)
• Ability to mange transport schedules and resolve delivery issues quickly.
• Diligent, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work under pressure.

Pay: Php22,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
