Logistics Supervisor
📍Onsite Western Bicutan, Taguig City
📅 Monday to Saturday 8:00am to 5:00pm
We’re looking for a Logistics Supervisor to lead our trucking and transport operations. You’ll ensure goods are delivered safely, on time, and efficiently, coordinating with our in-house fleet and manpower agencies.
What You’ll Do:
- Plan and monitor daily truck schedules and deliveries using our in-house fleet.
- Coordinate with manpower agencies to ensure drivers and helpers are deployed on time.
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Warehouse, and third-party transport partners as needed to resolve transport challenges.
- Track and report key transport metrics, ensuring accurate documentation and operational visibility.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in any four-year course.
- 3–5 years of experience in logistics/transport operations, trucking, and dispatch.
- Experience coordinating with manpower agencies and occasional third-party providers.
- Calm under pressure, detail-oriented, highly organized, and adaptable.
- Proficient in MS Office and comfortable presenting to Leadership. Experience with logistics or warehouse systems is a plus.
