Logistics Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Supervise the day-to-day activity of Operations
• Plan and organize schedule of delivery orders per required trucks and delivery personnel
• Monitor truck status and daily dispatching and solve issues that may arise during deliveries
• Communicate with internal stakeholders on shortages, delays, quality issues, and other losses while permanently analyzing the root causes of recurring problems
• Coordinate with Order Management team for order fulfillment and placements
• Coordinate with truck maintenance team regarding truck repair and requirements
• Coordinate with incident and Safety Department regarding incident of delivery personnel
• Monitor compliance of Locus application
• Prepare Transport operation reports

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree holder, preferably Logistics, Transportation or related field
• At least 2+ more years of work experience in Logistics, Transportation or trucking
• With leadership/management experience
• Ability to make appropriate decisions based on the data and circumstances provided
• Ability to work well with team members and navigate stressful situations
• Excellent Communication Skills
• People management and coordination skills
• Experience with SAP system and MS Office
• Willing to be assigned in Lingunan, Valenzuela
