Logistics Supervisor

1. Fleet Dispatch & Operational Oversight

• Direct daily dispatch operations, overseeing route assignments and driver deployment to meet service-level agreements for client sites across Tagum City and surrounding regions.
• Serve as the primary operational point of contact for resolving escalated route deviations, delivery delays, and real-time transit challenges.

2. Strategic Route & Fuel Efficiency Management

• Analyze route metrics and traffic trends to design optimized, fuel-efficient delivery paths that maximize fleet utilization and minimize transit costs.
• Establish standard operating procedures (SOPs) for route planning, ensuring consistent on-time performance while adapting to seasonal demand fluctuations.

3. Safety, Compliance & Risk Management

• Lead safety compliance programs, strictly enforcing hazardous materials (hazmat) transport protocols, safe fuel offloading procedures, and local transport regulations.
• Conduct regular safety audits and risk assessments to eliminate operational hazards and minimize environmental and transport liabilities.

4. Driver Leadership & Performance Management

• Supervise, mentor, and evaluate the driver team, holding personnel accountable for conduct, daily trip logs, and pre/post-trip vehicle inspection integrity.
• Identify performance gaps, conduct safety briefings, and implement corrective action or training initiatives to elevate overall driver efficiency and compliance.

5. Client Account & Service Excellence

• Maintain strategic relationships with key client accounts, ensuring accurate volume deliveries, timely updates, and prompt resolution of service inquiries or issues.
• Partner with commercial and operations teams to review delivery performance trends and implement service quality improvements.

6. Fleet Metrics & Administrative Control

• Oversee accuracy in fleet logging—including loading metrics, proof-of-delivery receipts, and driver hours—ensuring full administrative readiness for audits.
• Collaborate with maintenance teams to monitor fleet health, manage scheduled preventative maintenance, and minimize vehicle downtime.
