- Check 3PL invoices against contracted rates and activity, and resolve billing discrepancies.
- Support onboarding, transitions, or tenders for new logistics partners.
· Inventory Control
- Maintain accurate stock levels across owned and 3PL-managed locations.
- Plan and run cycle counts, stock takes, and reconciliations, and investigate and resolve variances.
- Manage stock movements, including receipts, transfers, returns, write-offs, and damaged or expired goods.
- Work with procurement and planning teams to avoid stockouts and excess or obsolete inventory.

- Set clear goals, give regular feedback, and build a culture of accountability and safety.
· Compliance, Reporting & Improvement
- Enforce health and safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
- Prepare regular reports on inventory, 3PL performance, and logistics costs.

- Proven experience managing 3PL relationships and SLAs.
- Strong knowledge of inventory control principles and stock reconciliation.
- Experience with a WMS and/or ERP system (e.g. [SAP, Oracle, NetSuite]).
