About Your New Role

This is a newly created leadership role and a critical addition to our site team. As the new Logistics Supervisor directly to the State Logistics Manager, you will have broad visibility across the operation and play a key role in connecting people, safety, service and performance. As a hands-on supervisor, you will be visible on the warehouse floor, supporting a team across multiple shifts and coordinating daily priorities to ensure work is completed safely and efficiently.

Bringing a strong mix of warehouse and logistics experience, you will oversee receiving, storage, inventory, picking, loading and dispatch activities while working closely with Production, Planning, Inventory and Transport teams. You will use SAP and operational information to support daily decision-making, reinforce established processes and help implement continuous improvement initiatives. This is a Monday-to-Friday role offering a supportive team environment, ongoing development and future career opportunities

What You Will Be Doing

• Supervise and support the warehouse and logistics team across multiple shifts.
• Coordinate receiving, storage, picking, loading, stock movements and dispatch.
• Allocate daily work and communicate safety and operational priorities.
• Support inventory accuracy, cycle counts and correct SAP and RF scanning processes.
• Coach employees, reinforce safe work practices and support on-the-job training.
• Work closely with Production, Planning, Inventory and Transport to keep daily operations moving.

Does This Sound Like You?

• Experience supervising teams in a warehouse, logistics or distribution environment.
• Strong knowledge of receiving, inventory, storage, picking and dispatch processes.
• A hands-on leadership style with confidence working alongside the team.
• Current forklift license and experience using warehouse or ERP systems.
• Clear communication skills and the ability to manage changing daily priorities.
• A strong commitment to safety, teamwork and continuous improvement
