Logistics Supervisor
Salary: ₱35,000/month
Location: BGC, Taguig – Head Office
Assignment: Willing to travel to project sites
Industry: Construction / Renewable Energy / Solar PV

JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for managing end-to-end project logistics, including bulk and container shipments, customs clearance, transportation, and delivery of materials to project sites.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
-Manage bulk and container shipments from origin to project site.
-Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, shipping lines, customs brokers, and trucking providers.
-Handle import/export and customs documentation.
-Supervise the Junior Document Officer.-Monitor shipment schedules, cargo release, and deliveries.
-Monitor demurrage, detention, storage, and logistics costs.-Resolve shipment delays and logistics issues.
-Prepare shipment trackers and logistics reports.
-Coordinate with project, procurement, warehouse, and site teams.-Ensure compliance with customs and logistics requirements.
-Travel to project sites, ports, and warehouses as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, Customs, or related field.
• 3–5 years of logistics/freight forwarding experience.
• Experience in project logistics, bulk shipment, and container shipment preferred.
• Knowledge of Philippine customs clearance and port operations.
• Experience coordinating with shipping lines, customs brokers, and trucking providers.
• Supervisory/team leadership experience.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
