Logistics Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily logistics operations, including delivery, dispatching, receiving, and transportation activities.
• Monitor and coordinate delivery schedules to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
• Assign and monitor drivers, helpers, and logistics personnel based on daily operational requirements.
• Ensure proper checking of delivery documents, including Delivery Receipts (DR), invoices, and other related documents.
• Monitor vehicle availability, utilization, cleanliness, and basic maintenance requirements.
• Coordinate with Warehouse, Sales, Purchasing, and other departments to ensure smooth movement of goods.
• Monitor loading and unloading activities and ensure proper handling of products and materials.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Monitor logistics costs, fuel consumption, trip expenses, and other operational expenses.
• Investigate and resolve delivery delays, discrepancies, damages, customer complaints, and other logistics-related concerns.
• Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly logistics reports and operational updates.
• Monitor the performance, attendance, discipline, and productivity of logistics personnel.
• Recommend improvements to delivery routes, scheduling, manpower utilization, and logistics processes.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Management.
