Logistics Supervisor

Salary Package:

• Up to $3350 basic (Experience based)
• $100 Forklift allowance (If applicable)

Work Location: Benoi - Company Transport Provided

Working Hours: 12-hour Shift [3443 Schedule]

• Night Shift / 8pm - 8am (Night Shift Allowance $13/day)

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of Logistics Assistants/Team Leads in daily warehouse operations.
• Drive team performance to achieve KPIs, operational targets and customer service standards.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety, SOPs and work instructions.
• Coordinate with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor staff performance, conduct coaching and support annual appraisals.
• Train and onboard new Logistics Assistants.
• Plan and manage team performance, manpower and daily workloads.
• Lead ad-hoc logistics projects and operational improvement initiatives.
• Implement 5S, Kaizen and LEAN initiatives to improve operational efficiency.
• Manage inventory using WMS and customers' SAP systems.
• Ensure accurate and timely billing with complete supporting documentation.
• Maintain proper records, documentation and traceability of customer information.
• Track operational KPIs, order turnaround time and order management performance.
• Prepare and consolidate monthly KPI reports and identify areas for improvement.

Requirement:

• Minimum Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain Management or related field
• Minimum 2-3 years' experience in a warehouse team lead / supervisor role
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management and order fulfilment.
• Experience using WMS and SAP or other warehouse/ERP systems.
